Updated August 2026 ยท Based on the official Stable wallet list
Stable is a standard EVM chain, so in theory any Ethereum compatible wallet works once you add the network. In practice, a handful of wallets support it natively, and one of them is Stable's own. Here is the honest state of things.
These are the wallets listed in Stable's official documentation:
| Wallet | Type | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| StablePay | Mobile and web | Stable's own non custodial wallet. Onboarding by email, phone or social login with no seed phrase, human readable Stable Names instead of addresses, and free transfers between StablePay users. |
| Binance Wallet | Mobile and extension | Convenient if you already live in that ecosystem |
| Bitget Wallet | Mobile and extension | Built in dApp browser |
| OKX Wallet | Mobile, extension, web | Broad multi chain coverage |
| Gate Wallet | Web | |
| Atomic Wallet | Desktop, mobile, extension | Built in fiat on ramp |
MetaMask is not on the native list but works perfectly well: Stable is registered on Chainlist, so adding it takes one click. Full instructions on our MetaMask setup page. If you already use MetaMask for everything else, there is no reason to switch.
A lot of listicles will tell you that Rabby, Phantom, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet or Zerion support Stable. We found no official confirmation for any of them. They will most likely work if you add the network manually, since Stable is a standard EVM chain, but nobody has announced support and we are not going to invent it.
Telegram trading bots generate their own wallet for you, which is a different model: fast and convenient, but the keys are managed by the bot's infrastructure rather than by you. That is fine for money you are actively trading and wrong for money you are storing. We cover the trade off in detail on the buying guide and in the safety page.
If you want the smoothest experience and you are new to crypto, StablePay is the obvious pick: it is official, it removes the seed phrase hurdle, and transfers between users cost nothing. If you already have a crypto setup, keep MetaMask and add the network. If you trade actively and speed matters more than anything, a bot wallet is the fastest tool, used with the discipline of only keeping trading funds in it.
